Are you looking for a miniature donkey? Or a full size mule? I know of a few. You can usually get ahold of them pretty cheap. We have one we use to help train the babies to lead. Let me know and I'll put the word out.

ahhh a dream.....damn ...really wish i had the land, time and money to take a couple horses off your hands..its been a looog time since i rode...

i am still owe my lil lady...three years ago we where supposed to go horseback riding for V-day (cheapest-best idea i ever had for that stupid day)...got rained out....... suckage..naturally she has been holding it over my head ever since (i failed to have a solid bulletproof backup plan)..one of these days i will have to make up for that..

still wondering what the going price for a decent horse is....I really just want a couple solid surefooted well behaved trail horses...is that too much to ask...

RLTW,

Grifter

Grifter-
Between 3-5k will get you a good horse. But I have bought horses for $800 and made them worth 8k in no time. Depends on what you want to do with them. The horses I currently have up for sale are show horses/prospects. Western pleasure and hunter under saddle. Some of them are AQHA incentive fund. So they're a bit more expensive than a good sure-footed trail horse. And the price goes up the more time we put into them. I'm sure I could find you a few good trail horses for $1200 or less a piece. You just have to look around and take a lot of test rides before you commit to anything. Like I said before I would be more than happy to help anyone find the right horse, even if it's not one of mine. But what you do need to remember is that buying the horse is the cheap part. (vet bills, farrier, feed, supplements, hay, equipment) So make sure you take a good hard look into the hole before you fall in.

Where do you get your hay from?

I may know of a few people that sell it.

It's all up-north... we use to send a semi load or two a week to flordia, and a gooseneck load a week to sterling heights (some place @ 19/ryan)

Top notch stuff.

Thanks for all the help. I will have pictures of some of the horses for sale along with individual pricing and training/breeding information hopefully by Monday. Sorry for being such a slacker. These are great horses. I can deliver them anywhere I can get to and back in a weekend for a small fee.

I'll be at the farm on and off all weekend.

If you'd like to make an appointment to see the horses please call.

Thanks,
Mandy

Still a few nice horses.... If we can't get rid of them I will be forced to stay in Michigan..... And nobody wants that.
