Default Home Forclosure

So unfortunately due to a living situation change, I was forced to foreclose on my home.

As if that weren’t bad enough, I am now being sued by my second mortgage company (Citibank).

Does anyone recommend me a good lawyer??

File bankruptcy NOW, before they get a judgement against you. Even with an active suit, the court will put a stay on the case, and the bank who holds the second mortgage won't survive the legal process. If they try to balk, the Judge will tell them to stuff it. Primary Mortgages always trump secondaries, and if the primary lender gets its collateral back due to foreclosure or bankruptcy, the secondary cannot stand. This was directly from my banko attorney directly.

May I ask what a 'living situation change' really is...? Just remember, you started the conversation.

Due to the vagueness of the original post, we are free to assume whatever amuses us.

I vote for 'wife/GF found out about GF/wife'

well let's see.

Possiblities that are none of your fucking business would include
Divorce
death in the family
loss of income
medical event
etc.

You may ask, but my answer would be:

"go fukc yourself"

Steveo's answer would be

"Fuck your mother"

dogface might be a lot nicer than that though.

Or... My interest only adjustable rate loan on the house I couldn't really afford when I bought it just adjusted up 3 points and I can no longer afford my payments. I can't sell my boat, RV, quads, jet skis, Corvette, or Range Rover because I need those. Help!
