Default dana 30 to dana 44 interchange

does anybody know can I use my dana 30 knuckles on my 44 i am building to use the breaks i already own 76 waggy 44 and 80 cj 30 are the axles in question i still want to be able to use the waggy 6 bolt rotors to match my rear

has nobody tried this or should i just toss the idea in the can and buy all the 44 breaks i don't have the 44 dug out yet to check for fit

post pics of knuckles?


am i correct here:
you want D30 knuckles on a 44?
you want to put your CJ knuckles on a waggy 44?
you want 6 lug?

why not just use 44 knuckles in that case?

im am in no way familiar withe CJ axles... but if your CJ axle has lock outs it might be doable. your best bet would be to cross reference the CJ and waggy ball joint part numbers.

Knuckles will fit, 80 brakes will not fit on the waggy rotors or hubs. Just use all the waggy stuff
