Default Need some engine work

I have a TJ with a 4.0. Looking to get a re-manufactured engine. Looking for suggestions from anyone who has dealt with reman places. Trying to find one has been a hassle all of them seem to have pros and cons from "anonymous" customers of the past. Any true suggestions please? Been looking at Accurate Engines in Grandville, Austin-Jordan Engines in Grand Rapids, and Michigan Motor Exchange in Detroit. Also heard alot of mized opinions on Jasper Engines? Where should I stay away from aswell. Thank you all for your help

I would not run anything from michigan motors any thing I have ever seen from them is junk. I use eagle engines at my shop have put in three 4.0 long blocks and all have been great.

D & S Auto in Clawson rebuilt my engine. No problems what so ever. Excellent work, great guys, friendly and knowledgable. Give them a call or better yet stop in. On Rochester Road between 14 and 15 mile roads.....just an Old Phart's 2 Cents.

Holy shit, accurate engines is still under that name? I figured Lanny would have been forced to change the name by now, with the interwebs.
Accurate engines used to be performance world,I worked there for a short time.
No complaints working for him,I wouldnt buy a motor from him.
Like any shop, the motors are only as good as the equiptment, the people running the equiptment, and the parts.
