Default Hb 4925

They are supposed to be voting on this today..

http://www.legislature.mi.gov/docume...1-HIB-4925.pdf

Changes to let all county local government decide if you can ride your ORV on the side of their roads (previously only allowed up north).

What positive points is there for me to bring up to the township board (besides its fun) to allow them to let us ride down the dirt road shoulders legally on our ORV's in southeast michigan if this passes.. its not like its gonna bring money to them..

Heres a link that works:

http://www.legislature.mi.gov/docume...1-HIB-4925.pdf

The main point was to allow ATV rides the ability to ride from the trails into town to spend money. In an area with no legal trails I'm not sure what the point would be.
