Even if it was not a college study, it describes exactly what happens to a society when socializm creeps in destroys a country from within. By the end of the study all students were fighting with each other and we see it with our society and only getting worse. Between the liberal media and the liberal politicians who are the very ones creating this mess that the rest of us are a unwilling part of.

Do you have proof that it is not happening today in this country? You can see it happening in Europe. Look at the number of people out out of work and waiting on the weafare check, food stamps and bridge cards.
Open your eyes. Do you disagree to only disagree and then throw up up some left wing propaganda site to make a claim that you know what you are talking about?

5 minutes and 38 seconds to retell an old fable.

Nothing new here, move along.

Not where I live. Wages are high, taxes are low and if you don't have a job its cause you are lazy.

It really doesn't matter if the study is real or not. What it suggests is or would happen is spot on.

I know that if going to work every day began to net me less and less pay to spend on things that I enjoy and want, but don't need, to give more to those that don't go do the same I'd quickly give up and revert back to the 2 year old "uhh uhh gimme gimme" mentality. If you can't say you'd do the same you are either a hell of a better humanitarian than I am or completely full of bullshit.

I finally finished up my taxes last night and as I did I was infuriated when I saw the big red number up in the corner. Not because I owed money, but because I know there are worthless pieces of shit out there that, as I remember someone mentioning on here, are getting back MORE than they even paid in.

Saying the pledge of allegiance, good worth ethics, good morals are nothing new either. However, a little reminder now and then is not a bad thing, especially when our country is going to shit right now.

That drives me up a wall each and every tax season. I don't know why or how, but I know people who are not peices of shit, who work, but don't pay a penny in all year, and STILL Get money back at the end of the year......

Creative accounting?

I sat there last night for a couple hours fucking around in Turbo Tax trying different things and there is no way without absolutely lying I could get it lower. I get that a few things changed for us last year, but it's kinda shitty seeing that money leave your account when everyone else is talking about what they are doing with their tax return, even if it is their own money coming back. Oh well, I guess it was a interest free(I assume, who knows what goes on behind the scenes when you owe) loan for the year.

I know in one particular case it is not creative accounting, it is just a matter of having the right deductions/dependants/claims/etc.

I know I got a huge return this year, because I forgot to chang emy declarations on my w4 seeing as how my ex and I rotate who claims Xander.

So you couldn't get any enjoyment from the good job someone did of merging in all the different political figures? Shame on you.
