Default 2008 Lifted Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited

Lifted 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara -- Jeep Green - 50,xxx miles -- Asking $34,000
3.8L engine, 4-speed automatic transmission, 4WD, D44 Rear Axle, D30 Front Axle

Lots of Interior features (Sahara Package):
YES Essentials Interior (Stain/Odor resistant)
5 speaker Infinity Sound System
Heat/AC/Power Locks & Windows
SiriusXM Radio
Exterior Features:
Khaki Hard Top (Freedom Panels, Heated Rear Window, Rear Wiper)
Black Soft Top
Black Bikini Top (tossing this in, if you don't want, I can sell it elsewhere)

This is an awesome Jeep to drive and play with. Does great in the winter (can always get to work, the grocery store, etc., even in 2 feet of snow). Nearly everything I've done with this Jeep was with the sole purpose of function; this is ready for the zombie apocalypse.

List of mods:
Old Man Emu Heavy Duty 2'' Lift w/ Long-Travel Shocks (actually came out to more like 3'')
-This OME setup rides smoother than stock, in my opinion.
1'' Coil spacers up front for leveling
315/75/16 (35'') BFGoodrich KM2's Mud-Terrains (have about 20k miles on them, and still great amount (70%+) of tread left)
JKS Adjustable Trackbars (Front & Rear)
JKS Quick Disconnects Sway Bar Links (Front)
Currie Anti-Rock Adjustable Sway Bar Links (Rear)
Extended Brake Lines
Rugged Ridge Modular Stubby Front Bumper
Rugged Ridge Pre-Runner Front Guard
Warn 9.5ti Thermometric Winch (with steel cable and wired controller)
Smittybilt SRC Rocker Guards
Poison Spyder RockBrawler Rear Bumper & Swing-Out Tire Carrier (License Plate Re-Location & Hi-Lift Jack Mount)
SWAG Offroad Drop-down Tailgate conversion (like a pickup truck, instead of a swing out).
Rugged Ridge Euro Tail Light Gaurds
AEV Snorkel w/ Pre-Filter
SuperChips Tuner (To adjust speedo for tire size, currently tuned for Premium)
- Can use this to adjust shift points, rev limiter, skinny pedal delay (it's electronic), skinny pedal sensitivity (great for off-roading, esp on rocks), and read diagnostic codes
DieHard Platinum 880 CCA Battery
MBRP Off-road exhaust (better clearance/wont crush your muffler, better sound - a little meaner than stock, but isn't fartcan annoying)
Bilstein 9500 Steering Stabilizer
Hella FF500 Driving Lights (1 pair)
Hella FF500 Fog Lights (1 pair)
Mopar Floor Slush Mats w/ Tire Tread Pattern (Front & Rear)
Grab Handles Front & Rear (to help get in/out safely and easily)
The Driver Side Mirror has been relocated to the window bracket (so you have a mirror with doors off). Passenger Mirror used to be, but moved back onto the door when I installed the snorkel.
CB Radio & Antenna
Flat Fenders (DIY job, Bushwacker makes a really nice set for ~$500 if you don't like the way I did it).

Comes with quite a bit of recovery equipment:
~20ft tow strap, ~10ft tree hugger, hi-jack lift, 18k lb warn snatch block, 4 D-Rings

I've always had a play hard, work hard attitude with this Jeep. I've always fixed issues in a very timely manner. In fact, a good, thorough car wash takes care of most problems after off-roading.

Maintenance:

Engine Oil Change (Full Synthetic) @ 50k miles
Transmission Fluid Change @ ~40k miles
Rear Diff Fluid Change @ ~40k miles
All 5 tires rotated regularly (anywhere between 3-6k miles)
Fr. Sway Bar Links and ball joints are re-greasable -- if you buy this Jeep, don't forget about this easy, but important maintenance.

A few things worth noting:

Both of the rear doors have a "dent" around door handle level. (will be fixed before selling)
Driver door handle is cracked. (will be fixed before selling)
A couple scuffs on the driver side front fender flare.
The carpet has been pulled out.
The paint has "character" -- Michigan trails scuff the clearcoat. C'mon, it's a Jeep. :D

To view/hear the Jeep in action, check out this video of me climbing up the "Big Money" hill in West Branch, MI (it was very icy this particular day, so it took me 4 tries). . . watch 1:11 - 3:11:

Found some pretty recent photos (one's missing the snorkel and has the aux lights arranged differently). Some don't have the passenger mirror, but it's been replaced with a new one and installed since.

Email/Text/Call Mike @ 810-569-2615 - No hurry to sell, willing to talk. Located in Grand Blanc, MI. Looking for a 1960s Chevy C10/C20 for my next project.

Nice jk! This is just what I want, but I have to sell my truck and yj first. Unless of course you want a truck, trailer, jeep, and some cash for your jk! lol

Like I said, I'm in no hurry to sell. What kind of truck is it? I'm looking to find and/or restore something older.

Nice lookin JK. I remember seeing it out at the Mounds for the first day of the rock course.

Was $34k a typo?

Hah... not a typo. There's not a lot of built JKs (esp w/ 2 tops) for sale around, so I'm seeing what kind of offers I get.

Honestly, who comes on to an offroading site and buys a lifted, modified Jeep thinking that stuff like that hasn't been done to it? At least this guy is honest. I'd rather buy something like this from a guy like him than one that has been decked the fukc out and supposedly "never offroaded".

this is true.. not saying that i havent done the same things to my jeeps, but something about 34k and hearing that thing bounce of the rev limiter just doesnt sit well with me. Nice jeep though looks like you had fun

The one after me was bouncing off the rev limiter. Not mine. :)
