No. He decided the chrome was just too much.

No, I have been too lazy to clean the paint off the last one. I also want to find some super short valve stems.

On another note I bought the wife a minivan so my jeep will no longer be my dd

Discount tire had some pretty short valve stems when I worked there.

The tool you cut what was left of your floor out with, did that leave a bunch of small pieces or just cut it out whole? I'm going to be doing the same thing to my GW in a couple weeks.

I used a sawzaw. , cut off disks, and other methods to remove the rusty floor sections. It did not come out in one piece and left a huge mess.

I don't want to blend in with the Hummers . Chrome don't get you home, it gets you stuck at the mall.

I only used the nibbler to cut my new sheet metal to size. I'm not sure it would have worked well on the original floor.

got a new belt

And I decided to ditch some unused pulleys. I deleted my a/c , mechanical fan, and idler pulley. The alternator was also replaced with a 136a unit from a v8 zj. I swapped in YJ bracketry to move the alt away from the bottom and eliminate the above .

It ended up needing a 71.5" belt from advance auto. Part # 715k6.

With the battery At 11.7v the new alt produced 95 amps at idle. Once the optima resurfaced the average was 55a.

Sorry no pic of the bracket itself. It looks similar to the xj AC bracket minus the fan clutch pulley. There is also one lower bracket that bolts to the block also. There is a good write up
here
that I based mine off.
