Is she fixed? Bigger female dogs can become incontinent due to lack of hormones from being fixed, our Yellow lab if she plays to hard or drinks to much water at one time, we have to make sure she goes out real often otherwise she'll pee in her sleep(real fun). I would say its a UTI like others said. Get a urine sample and have them test it. Use a shallow dish and walk her on her leash when she squats to pee slide it under her. Might take a coupe tries, but that's how we've done it. The Gladware container work good, and make sure it has a lid.

Its pretty common in older dogs.
I'd tell ya to try cranberry juice if I thought it would help. hard to say without testing the dog?

as for stupid stuff. Grapes and other stuff like rasins can kill a dog.

Have the vet check her bladder...she may have an infection. At least worth a try?
