Default 6.0 injector to oil rail o-ring kit

Ford tells me that the oil o-rings in the top of injectors can't be serviced. Does anyone know who offers this kit? I know the o-rings can be replaced by removing D clips on top.
I heard a company alliant who makes the injectors for Ford/International may offer this kit. Does anyone know if this is true or who else makes this kit?

The o-rings that interface between the injector and the rail can't be replaced per Ford only because Ford doesn't have the parts and there isn't an "engineered" method for replacement. The D-ring can be removed and the o-rings replaced, it's been done before. As far as who makes the kit... I spent about 5 minutes on Google and found a few places. Just remember, if you're in there replacing the o-rings for the injectors, might as well do all of the o-rings and also replace the dummy plug/stand pipe o-rings too. All of that has to be removed, so might as well replace.

If you don't have the updated stand pipes and dummy plugs you may want to update the entire pipe/plug while you're in there. The old ones will not have the nylon washer.

Yeah I googled the o rings and found them through Alliant Power. Diesel Injection Service had them in stock along with stand pipes and dummy plugs. Truck had a high pressure leak between oil rail and injector 7, once the oil got hot and thin the truck would not restart. I replaced all oil rail o rings, body o rings, stand pipes, and dummy plugs. Starts fine and customer was happy enough he already brought more work. Last time I had the same issue it cost the customer 8 injectors also so these kits could be very valuable to some techs. Thanks guys
