Got cha. Yes they will be in the stock brackets that makes sense now just have to decide which joints I want to use not a fan of squeaking haha!

1 1/4" JJ's if you plan on using them on a 1 ton linked setup eventually. It's massive overkill for you for now, but you will have them when you make the swap. Rebuild them when you eventually swap stuff out if you're worried about it. That's the route I would go with your eventual long term plans. My $.02

what is the most common issue of any joint.

here is what i know.

if you can adjust it it will come loose = junk joint
dont matter how big the joint is if you still use those tiny stock bolts they will break.

so on a daily driver that your upgrading maybe later..johnny joint with a nice bolt size. call a&a racing in muskegan they have any size spacer you will need for next to nothing.
now i swear by a heim.get good teflon coated heims and they wont make noise.if they do 1 shot of wd will last many trips.
