Dropped off the knuckles to get fixed today actually
I plan on making the radius arms as soon as the knuckles are done so i canmake proper measurements.

I decided to clean up the garage today. With access to the axle again I decided to resume work on it.

I got the knuckles back and I also had some 2x4 .250 wall cut up.

The bushings fit perfectly and now I have a good base to build my radius arms off of.

I put the knuckles on and fit the tie rods as well. At least now I can put some rollers on and see how far I need to kink in my arms when I am building them

If you look, you'll also notice that I made some new coil perches and moved them out farther. I was worried after taking some frame measurements, and it looks like the coils would have been rubbing the frame pretty hard if I put them where they were originally going to go.

Hopefully I can hit Alro saturday.

Anyone know how long a CAGE radius arm is?

I wish I could work on it. I cannot even get one person to lend a hand for even an hour, so I have no motivation. I would like to install it, but I would hate to down a working vehicle with no certainty of ever getting it on the road again.

the front wheels are on (for now)

Starting to hate this truck and this build. It won't stop fighting me!
I need help!!!

The front axle is on. The axle coil mounts and panhard mounts are still tacked on. I cannot get it to look right. I believe that the axle is centered, yet the springs lean to the passenger side for some reason. Maybe becuase they are used?
The upper coil mounts are centered perfectly and lower coil mount are also centered and equal distance from the ball joints.

The front tires are also sticking out past the fenders a few inches on each side more so than the ones on the rear.

I need to re-do the axle panhard bar mount (again)

Help!
