The Petoskey Department of Public Safety seeks information regarding a missing married couple and their infant son, according to a news release issued today, Wednesday, Feb. 29.

Timothy Medsker, 33, his wife Sabrina Medsker, 34, and their 4-month old son Joshua, were reported missing from the 1000 block of Jefferson Street in Petoskey on Feb. 23, according to the release.

The release states, "They have not responded to repeated attempts by family and law enforcement to locate or contact them. It should be noted that at this time there is no reason to believe that any foul play is involved in this case. It appears the family left the Petoskey area by choice, however, family members and friends are requesting the public's help in locating them. Law enforcement is simply attempting to check on their well-being."

The Medsker family is believed to be traveling in their silver, 2010 Ford F-150 pickup, with Michigan license plate BXC0359.

Prior to their disappearance, Timothy and Sabrina Medsker provided custodial services to the Petoskey News-Review and other area businesses.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the missing family is urged to contact Petoskey Department of Public Safety director John Calabrese or Det. David Schultz by calling (231) 347-2500 .

PETOSKEY -- Petoskey Department of Public Safety director John Calabrese says the department has received information that the once-missing Medsker family is safe.

Timothy Medsker, 33, contacted family members in Petoskey, who are "confident that the Medskers are alive and well," according to a Petoskey Department of Public Safety news release issued today, Wednesday, March 7.

Timothy Medsker, his wife Sabrina Medsker, 34, and their 4-month old son Joshua, were reported missing from the 1000 block of Jefferson Street in Petoskey on Feb. 23.

I'm thinking if a couple take off, and say nothing to their family, there's a reason for it!

X2, also if any of my family took a random vacation without telling me id assume they went away for a few days.
