Default howell/brighton bike shops

Looking for some reccomendations on the best bike shop in the brighton/howell area. Im looking to get a new bike for my wife and one for me. I went to D&D and town and country both shops seemed ok, one sells trek, other sells specialized.

Tree Fort hands down. Adam and guys there helped me with a Custom build, if you haven't ridden a 29er check em out. They are fun on single track as well. Here is their site.
I'm far East side, and it's worth the drive. I must pass 100 stores to get there.

Thanks man for the suggestion, I may check that out. Was really wanting to support my local area if possible though. I have a 29er Specialized that I enjoy, just looking for a standard cruiser style bike for the wife, and maybe one day a cyclecross bike.

Howell Powersports across from V.G's. I know they sell bikes. Never dealt with them though for bikes.

T&c and D&D have the best selection. Howell cycle has specialized as well. But only hard tail in stock. And not a large selection.

I've been getting alot of parts and service done at Hometown bikes in brighton, Shawn has good prices and great service. It is a new shop, the last time I was in there the bike selection was kinda slim, but he was getting more stuff in every time I was in there.

I like the Town and country in Northville also, thats where I got my Kona. You may also want to try Two wheel tango in Ann Arbor.

I am not impressed.

I did stop in at the bike shop on grand river near old 23, north side of the road, they were extremely helpful.

I ended up buying my wife a bike from T&C as they carried Specialized.
