Ahh, thank you for bringing this up.

I don't plan on going past 37" any time soon and will be on 35" or 36" (if I go with TSL-SX's) for a long time not only because of funds but a whole frame plating and cage would come well before anything bigger.

Then a D44 is the way I would go. I've done both and it can be debated both ways. Good joints and careful driving will go a long ways.

if all you can find is welded wedges... why not use the stock ford radius arms? this is assuming you want to run full width. (has this been mentioned?)

Yes I am keeping them full width. Keeping the radius arms was a thought tho I'm worried about the lack of axle tube in the wedge area. It is telling after seeing the last one. And would save alot of money.

So I have been looking into the radius arm setups and think i may go this route, it will be a lot cheeper than keeping the stock 4link or and going long arm (witch is a radius arm anyway) so thank you for that link, most ford arms I have seen adapted to Jeeps were kind of booty so i never even bothered looking into it any futher.

Also even cooler Ive found they make (well use to make it seems) after market radius/long arm kits for them but i think all the companys are gone now.

Time to start trolling Ferd sites.

West coast bronco,James duff, and Jeff's bronco graveyard are some places to look for the extended radius arms.

Awesome, thank you.

I think west coast, was one of the sites gone now tho. and from what I've read the james duff arms are made by BNK(formerly Cage) and are a thinner walled tubing, but I cant find BNK or Cage haha.

What width do you want? I have one that is 60" wms wms. Flat top knuckles, chromoly shafts, Detroit, setup for longarms. I also am willing to sell some new longarms with it. Look in my build thread in my Sig. I will sell just the housing or the whole thing.

I'd like to stay full width, but if I don't find a good front soon and you still have yours ill grab that and just toss some spacers on it.
