Default Hey guys.

Whats up guys. Im from North Royalton Ohio and would like to do some offroading. I drive a 2004 F150 2WD with a 6" PC Stage 2 lift and some 33" Nitto Trail Grapplers. I know i know, why would you lift a 2wd. I dont want to hear it. Have any of you guys got into some mud in a 2wd with an open diff? results? I will be buying a jeep to fix up and make that my offroad vehicle in the future, then leave my truck on the pavement. Also, any good places to drive through some mud real quick in cuyahoga county?

Sometimes the people are pretty ruff on this site. Dont take it personally if they are. Usually if you need help or have questions about something people are very helpful and nice to deal with. In the last year I have seen way more on everything else, than anything about playing in the dirt. Good luck with that open diff 2wd

Do you plan on keeping this for a long time? You might want to sell it before a lot of money is invested into it and purchase a 4x4.

Like i said, i will be buying a jeep in the near future for any off roading i do, which will be 4x4. The only reason i lifted my F150 is because i got an insane deal on a pro comp stage 2 lift, only $800 used un great condition. I just dont have enough money right now to buy a jeep and my itch for some mud is pretty big.

Go hit some trails! I drove a 2wd dakota and it was a champ. Only thing that held it back is it was like 8" off the ground.. with ur setup, youll be alright. Just keep momentum and dont stop. But if i was you, id turn it into a dune jumper, not a mud toy.

i would love to turn it into a pre runner. But there is not much use for one of those in northeast ohio. Trails are mostly what i would like to ride. Thanks for the positive response.
