No stock 7.3 will ever see 20.
And your saying a stock truck will ( but it won't) and your telling me I don't get 20... I do not use my overhead. Never have. Distance dev by gallons.... It's not fuckin rocket science.

Quoted for troof. Too many people DD these and don't work them enough.
I'm not a mechanic by any means and i've done all the work to my 6.0 except headstuds. Basic knowledge with basic tools and some time and you can keep them running just fine.

Only the guys, eh?
That would be because us girls think before we type and we do know how to do math and our spelling isn't atrocious, either.

I asked a bunch of engineers and other Ford diesel people at work about all this. They told me to stop driving like a conservative, fuel-saving, female.

So, I followed their instructions and think I am seeing a difference in performance. I haven't experienced that hesitation at take-off or smoke-puffing, or using a 1/2 tank of fuel in 3 days.

TLDR
I have a F350 7.3L. When I push on the skinny pedal the engine makes noise and the truck goes down the road along with whatever is attached to it and when it runs out of fuel I put more in.
