Default 1998 sierra HVAC controls

Always kinda slow to switch between vent/floor/defrost. Now it's stuck primarily on defrost. Switching does blow air from where it's supposed to but not a lot and most comes out defrost. Blend door issue? Where? Thanks.

Found the door that switched floor/vent and defrost was pulled out enough for the end that's inside the duct to come out and dangle. With enough finagling I got it back in, the bigger question is how that happened in first place. Shouldn't something be holding that in?
