Default 1991 Thompson Calae bowrider

1991 19.5 Thompson Calae Project boat

*BOAT NEEDS ENGINE, DOES NOT INCLUDE ENGINE*

I bought this boat 3 years ago as a project. I carpeted myself also I remade the front seat supports and rear seat bases. I paid a professional to reupholster the interior except the captains chair. I used it around 12 times per year in 2009 & 2010. Never used during summer of 2011

Boat includes Alpha Gen II outdrive, needs exhaust and driveshaft bellows, already purchased shifter bellows which will be included. Last year I installed new steering cable, bilge pump with float switch, Thunderbolt 4 distributor module, distributor cap, distributor rotor, Mallory Marine wires, 100 amp alternator, horn, updated dash switches and 2 blowers. Also includes all new Faria gauge set (Half were installed last year, half are still in boxes)

Boat includes shoremaster single axle trailer (wiring for lights needs to be redone)

Boat spun main bearing so I scraped the original block will need a 4.3L with a mechanical fuel pump boss.

Boat docked in backyard

Faria gauge set

*ENGINE NOT INCLUDED* pic is for interior pattern and quality

$1,200.00

RH or LH rotation? do you think there is enough room for a big block in the engine bay?i have a RH and LH set of 375hp 454 engines i need to do something with and being a 19.5 this may be good for one of them.

I doubt if this boat will accomodate a BBC. It was optional with a 305 and 350

Way too much motor for this boat and would likely wallow at slow speeds due to the heavy engine in the back.

If you need a place to store a standard rotation 454 I can hook you up!

I"m considering parting this out so I can make room for my new boat. Anyone have interest in the trailer?
