Default 94YJ.......project #21

Just bought this 2 weeks ago from a friend. Im sure someone here has seen it or maybe even owned it?? Plans for now are to swap the axles out for some with 4.10 gears. Plan on building a new front bumper soon. Maybe a supercharger?? Not really sure as of yet.

Well this simple axle swap turned into alot more. The guy I bought the axles from didnt have the front out yet and still doesnt. Was trying to buy some frame repair plates from a guy on here and that hasnt worked out yet. Sooo tomorrow im grabbing some steel and cutting my own. Decided to put a 1" bodylift to aid in getting this frame cleaned and painted instead of bullshit undercoat sprayed all over it. Naturally more than half the bolts broke. Also had a shitty spot just below the license plate to fix.

Finally was able to pick up the front axle yesterday and put it in this evening. Not a fancy build yet, just sorting out all the little stuff for now.

Thanks.......the trans is my next order of business. Doesnt shift real good. Its has a tcase drop that ill eliminate with a 1" motor mount lift. Also a 1" bodylift but it shifted funny before that. Im gonna try a fluid change and checking the slave cylinder as well.
