Default Bad a$$ 1 ton YJ, stretched, stickies etc

This rig is fresh with only 3 runs on it. Full interior heat, ac, wipers etc everything works. Jeep is titled (CLEAN TITLE) as a 85 cj to get around emissions.
112" wb
6'2" to the top of the cage
85" outside wheel to wheel
1992 rust free YJ tub
Dana 60 front (pass drop) 5:13, ARB, 35 spline inner/outers, drive flanges
Dana 60 rear 5:13s Detroit locker, Yukon 35 spline full float rear
Dana 300 twin stick shifts good
stock 4.0 6cyl
auto with art carr shifter, gate has been modded to go from 3 to R in a hurry
Sway a way race runner coilovers in the front. 4 link (new)
Hypercoil rear coil springs also 4 linked (new)
Full hydro PSC double ended ram (new)
Allied beadlocks 17x9 (new)
39" red labels used about 75-80% they have signs of dry rot but hold air fine, no leaks etc.
Warn 9.5 ti winch
RCI fuel cell (new)
Fully tig welded cage front and rear seats are tied to the cage.
As usual Im sure theres other things im forgetting, I have a few bikini tops 1/2 doors that do not match etc. All the rods ends on the steering and links are also new. Jeep works awesome, very stable, no unloading in the front etc. get in and go. AC even blows cold Located in Erie PA $19,000. Would consider trades for a cool buggy or other well built stuff not looking for cars, boats, bikes or even rzr's unless your throwing in $$$
Thanks for looking

Way cheaper than starting out with a used $10K TJ and performing half the mods this thing has.

EXACTLY!

What I'm saying is this: You could buy a used TJ for $10K, put $10K into it and still not be where this jeep is.

I've never built anything so hugemongous - but I'd imagine $3500 for the axles set up how they are, $1500 for the DOM and rodends to install those axles under the thing - and you've still not figured in labor, shield gas, etc. How much are coilovers?

The first rig you ever build (and try to do it w/o all used & junkyard parts) - you find out how fast shit adds up. Like my 66 Chevy, and I cut corners everywhere I could to save $$$ I know you can NEVER expect to get the sum total of your mods back when you sell - and I guess that's what I'm saying: 13below0 *is* losing money selling at this price.

Anyway - badass Jeep.

It's not a TJ, it's a YJ. But what is it really? Is it really a CJ with a YJ tub and clip? This makes more sense, since this is really how it is titled and it has a D300 case. So, your starting point is not a $10K TJ, but rather a $3K CJ that you only kept the frame and t-case. Which brings up the next question, what frame does it have? YJ frames are much stiffer than CJ frames, but by now, most of them have a lot of rot in them. It looks like the frame may have been tubed in the back. It's a 4.0 but what vintage? Newer EFI or carb'd?

Having said all that, it's a nice rig, and looks well built. There is close to the asking price in parts but not much more, depending on if the OP did the build or paid for all the cage/tube work and other labor.

I see your point Jim, however, if someone were to start out to build an awesome rig, why would they go the route of finding rustfree CJ/YJ stuff to make a foundation? I threw "TJ & $10K" out there because if I were to start a build, that's probably what my foundation would be.

I was just offering my opinion to someone bashing the price the seller is asking. I mean, if we're not in agreement on price, aren't we supposed to STFU and keep $$$ comments out of for sale threads?

Hopefully I did not bash any price, that was not my intent, but to help out with the price justification. If so, I will edit my post. Note that I did say that the price is there. It would be helpful if the OP would give a better indication of what it started out as.....
