Almost done with motor stuff, just need a lower radiator hose, exhaust, and plumb my fuel. All the wiring is just about finished. Looking to fire it up sometime this week.

Oh, and I got a really cool sticker

Truck ran today, but I.still have issues to figure out. It will only run for a few seconds then stall, I am thinking fuel issues. I am also having solenoid issues, key won't turn it on. I was thinking the clutch safety switch, but I jumped that and still nothing....any ideas?

On a side note, the manifolds fit, but I had to shim the driver side motor mount up about 1/4" then grind the piss out of the manifold.

The mustang single wire starter works with a c6 too.

I don't know if your truck would be the same but i have seen these trucks that actually have 2 neutral safety switches. One on the clutch linkage and one on the trans.

mine did the same thing ended up being the stupid fuel pump safety for if your in an accident (if that makes any sense) it should be on the drivers side firewall its black with a red reset button.

Inertia switch^. If the truck starts then thats not your problem if the switch was tripped it would not start at all, he said it will start and run for a minute.

Truck runs and idles now! Wraped up all my wiring, got the pump to run all the time by splicing the relay into the mustang ecu. I also fixed the key solenoid switch, just ran a new wire from the clutch safety switch, works like factory.

Now I need to do shifters, exhaust, seats, bleed brakes and a few other odds and ends. Not looking like I am gonna get it done for this weekend
