Default legal?

are these legal on micigan roads? im assuming you'll need mud flaps but they do have flares already. any ideas?

Michigan does not require mud flaps or flares on a non commercial passenger vehicle.

the idea is to run hi fender flares front and rear to keep it as LCG as possible.
