Default Question on NV3500

this is pic of T/O bearing fork on an early 3500 known as HM290. does anyone know if anything besides a nut goes on the stud to hold the fork on the pivot ball?. Is there a washer, spacer or special type of nut used? if nut is run to end of threads there is still space. seems like something else goes on it.

Just pulled this off EPC for you:

It looks like you need another ball and clip for the outside.
Part number 20 (15552867) is discontinued,
Part number 21 (15638280) looks to be discontinued also.

Time to fab!

Fork is same as nv4500, so parts are available from dealer or advance adapters. The nut is just there to hold fork on ball when slave is removed. A simple nut and washer works. I've done this on several 3500 and 4500 transmissions.
