SE MI engine builder for a 4.6L Stroker... any suggestions?

I am contemplating either dropping in a golden 4.6l stroker or having my '99 w/ 135k turned into one. Any one have any suggestions of a competent builder in the S.E. MI area? Preferebly one who has worked on a 4.0L before? I would just need the engine work done I can do the swap myself.

Dick Etch at more power in sparta does great work, He has done a lot of machine work on chevys for me in the past.Im sure he could help you out.
Performence engineering in jenison did some of the machining on my stroker,my neighbor did the rest,and I assembled it.
The best advice I can give you about a stroker after building mine, and putting 20,000 miles on it since april,is to stay on the small side with your cam/valve springs.I read all kinds of horror stories about guys wiping out camshafts.I ended up using 505's smallest hyd. Cam,stage one he calls it.
I used the kb 944 forged pistons,stock rods with arp bolts,tell your machinest to grind a little off the small end of the rod,or inside the piston before you balence it.I found out the hard way,the stock rods hit,inside the piston.you want to fix it before you balence it.
I would also recomend buying a wideband o2 sensor/afr gauge,and hook it up to your stock motor to see what it looks like under a load/climbing long hills,and just cruising.
I wish i would have done that,I feel it would be easier to get it dialed in safely,without fear of leaning it out.Im still working on the perfect injector,but im close.
I didn't add bigger valves,didnt port my head,and chose a small camshaft,I left power on the table,but i wanted a reliable daily driver.I could not be happier with my choice.
I know i will never build a 4.0 without strokin it,I love it.
