Default TW cv issue

I've had my cv rebuilt at least 2x now, and it crapped again.
The collar pulls away from the ball housing and there is noticeable slop.
While I don't have the zerk necessary(couldn't source one), I have been greasing it manually regularly in fall/spring.

First failure they "improved" it with a Teflon or some polymer, it failed in short order, so they rebuilt it back to orig steel back in 6/2009.
I'm well within angle limits at 20.

Is there someone close to GR that rebuilds these things?
It's my DD and I do not want to chirp around on the front Aussie.

Thank you, thank you very much
