Default 01' 7.3 runs rough. HELP

I have a 2001 7.3 with 180,000 on it. My wife drove it to work with no problems and I started it up to jump start the jeep and it ran fine. Unhooked the cables, got back in the truck and it was running like shit. It only had an 1/8 of a tank of fuel, so I thought it picked something up off the bottom of the tank. So I changed the fuel filter,no change. Dropped the tank to check the screen,no change. Unhooked lift pump and I am getting good flow. Fuel bowl had lots of sediment in the bottom,so I clean that out,no change. Very hard to start if it has sat overnight. If I do drive it, it inhales fuel at an alarming rate. It does not have a SES light on. Any help would be great.

Thanks, I will check that but last time mine came loose I had a "service engine soon" light. This time I do not. Like I said, I will check that. Thanks for the input.
