I was told the speed sensor/rpm output sensor I'm gonna replace it soon and I'll let u know if it works

I'm actually looking to go the other way... can anyone help me out with that? ive got a 93 xj with ax15 thats pretty well shot. I want to go automatic. Whats the easiest route? 4.0 I6 ax15 231tcase.. I have a smashed 97 grand cherokee behind the garage with a new transmission in it... could i use that transmission / tcase and possibly the computer?
