Where were these taken at? I have wheeled most of the island and don't recall this area. I have seen this location in another post here.

Trail runs from Nevinins road out to the parking lot by the Drummond Island Resort. There is a tight downhill that goes around. This alternate route was opened last year. Tough climb with large rocks seperated by loose dirt. Oz and Shawn worked at it a bit before they made it up. We had 2 others try and make it and one who didn't. The one who didn't was open/open.

Back in May it had a descent ledge at the start. We went/got sent too farr to the left, and just wanted to back down a little bit, but the ledge sent you back down further then you wanted to go.

Steve Walker told us about that section. We had never seen it before.

lol. My wheelbase was all wrong! I kept hitting ledges with both front and rear at the same time. Finally the right bump got me up. And a little throttle...

Shawn, you spun a little, but the 4dr walked right up it like it wasn't nothing. Hell, even the open diffed 4dr made it quite a ways up. Probably could have made it with a little more skinny pedal.

Im not so sure I did. Maybe I would have made it on the first try if I would have. Why didn't the LJ give it a shot? The 4.0 sounds good bouncing off the limiter!
