Arrow chev lift???

HI Guys, FNG guy here
Has anyone been sucessful putting a temporary lift system on a 2010 chev heavy half ton 4X4 silverado crew cab ?
I need a little more ground clearance once in a while when I am off roading in the bush.
Front end has coil springs with shock inside coil.
