As a class sponsor thought I might hear my company name announced often through out the day but didn't. The posted time schedule was no where close to being followed, even from starting late with the drivers meeting to begin the day. Spectators were getting bored and leaving because of all the delays and down time. Over all I would say the event went on way to long due to lack of being organized. As a competitor non of the workers could answer my questions concerning the running of the event just send me over to the next guy. The sand guys had a huge advantage over the mud guys with the way things were set up. If something like this happens again we need to meet more in the middle to even things up. All this being said I liked running in front of the hometown crowd at the fair. The track conditions were great. The payouts were good, I just need to learn how to run a light and maybe I could of got some of that money.
