Default Price Lowered: 92 YJ $1750

1992 YJ
4.0
5 speed AX-15
158k miles
hard top and bikini top (only full doors)
clutch and master/slave cylinders replaced at 150k
TPS replaced at 153k
Water pump replaced at 155k
Comes with 2 spare used BFG All-Terrain TAs and 1 spare used Baja A/T Widetrack (if you want them)

This was my daily driver. Engine runs fine and transmission shifts fine except for the occasional hard shift into second if it's not warmed up enough.

The bad:
Frame was rust weakened at the steering box and the bolts pulled through, so this has to be trailered away and have the frame repaired before it can be driven. I thank God it happened in my driveway and not on the road. It's also got a bad spot on the frame at driver's side rear spring mount, but the metal appears to be strong above the mount. It also has bad body rust in the typical Jeep spots (Jeep logos, driver floor) but the windshield frame, fenders and rest of the tub aren't bad. I was thinking of selling it for something more fuel efficient anyway, so I don't want to dump money into fixing it.

$1750 OBO Don't be afraid to make any offer. I'm really looking to get rid of it.

I'm open to trades and will throw in cash for the right vehicle(preferably something with decent MPG). Feel free to e-mail at vmalcolm at gmail.com or call/text 269-three one three-2435. Thanks for looking!

EDIT: I took these pictures yesterday. I included pictures of the bad spots on the frame.

Do you have some pictures of the frame where the steering box pulled through? Also, could you get pictures of the rear corners where the shackles bolt as well? A buddy of mine is interested, but if he gets it I will probably be doing the frame repair.

I wouldn't pay over 1200 personally, even then it is a major project. You might be better parting it out because of the frame and body rot.
