Default G6 Fuel Pump Issue.

I'm working on my cousins 2006 G6 3.5L V6.

Car would crank but not start, couldn't hear the pump, Checked and no power at the pump. Replaced blown fuse and then had 12v on the Gray wire to the pump but it still would not pump.

Put in a used (not my idea) pump and still the pump does not turn on. I can jump both pumps directly to the battery with a couple of jumper wires and both of them turn on.

I've never dealt with this issue before so I would love some advice here.

Perhaps check into the inertia switch and/or Oil Pressure Switch they both tie into the fuel pump circuit, also check fuel pump relay. Where any of these are located at on a G6 I have no clue!

No inertia switch, Fuel pump relay and fuse are both located in the 3rd fuse box thats in the trunk. I've replaced both the relay and the fuse.

I'm also pretty sure it's not the Oil Pressure switch because I'm getting 12v's to the pump but the pump won't kick on. But then I take the pump and jump it to another 12v power source and it turns on.

In all my years of working on cars, I've never ran into this.
