Default Got a New Job in MI

Just landed a new job up in Jonesville at Martinrea today. Been out of work for a little while, so happy about that, but not excited about the commute from Toledo! Probably gonna get a motel for during the week for a few but, the wife, the golden retriever and I will be looking for a house to buy/rent up in that area shortly. Still gotta sell the house here (good luck with that, right?) Anybody with any leads on something? Only the 3 of us so doesn't have to be big, just not an apartment. Should be finishing up the V8 swap in the KJ pretty soon so will need a garage to work on that and I'm sure the dog would like some kind of yard to crap in.

I worked for Martinrea for a little bit.

I don't think I've ever saw or worked for another company that set itself up for failure any better than their management.

Something kinda wrong about trying to run just in time production with salvaged equipment and cast offs from other companies. Their main line press that was running high strength steel hot stamped blanks was made by the Indian Sugar and Grain company...

We sell a lot of reconditioned feed equipment to martinrea. I'll probably be at that plant doint setup and training in the near future.
