Nice jeep! I think the JKs look sweet when they're built up. Maybe i'm wrong but I thought the 2007 models all came with a dana 35 rear except rubicons? Then they finally went to a dana 44 for the rear in all models after that year? I just thought the 07 was one to stay away from because of that.

From my understanding that was only on a limited few x/sahara 2-doors only.

ahh, that could be. It would make sense too, to have the heavier axle on the 4 door. Either way they make nice rigs.

Food for thought:

I used a Rough Country Series II 3.5" lift and got 37s on there with no rubbing issues. Only sheet metal I trimmed was the pinch seams at the front of the rear wheel openings.

Had it aligned after the new shoes went on. Caster was right at 4.0 degrees (within spec, though 6.0 gives a better feel I've heard), everything else was within spec too.

I used 1.5" wheels spacers, pulled the front air dam, and that was it!

Don't let the haters hate too much. Ask them how much work it takes to fit tires over 3 feet tall on their rigs and still have it ride as good or better than stock :) I've got $700 into the lift and spacers. What's it cost them to get to this point?

hehe, I like stirring the pot ;)

Yeah I love how eazy they are to get nice big tires on. But at the same time I like the big tire to fender/flare gap.

I would love to do 37's but I would like to stick with my org plan. But we all know how that goes, I very well may end up on 37's sooner or later? HaHa

Got way too good of a deal on this suspension not to pass it up.

Teraflex 2.5, it will be a nice start and will hold me off for a bit. This way I can save up and hit her all at once and do it together.
