You have 37's and you want to go to 37's and recalibrate your speedo?

37" swampers and go to 37" AT's maybe?? that may make a difference because of the weight?

No, weight doesn't change your speedo.

I'm guessing he want's to go to 35's and change the speedo gear to compensate.

Need to know what gears are in the t-case now (drive & driven).

The NP208 uses a drive and driven gear so you need to figure out which gears you have now so that you can change them. Otherwise you can use a speedo reduction box to screw between the speedo output and speedo cable to drop it by a percentage.
