C-rok steering brace sleeves

I just bought a steering brace set from a guy on here. I'm not picking on the guy because I got a smoking deal, but it didn't come with the sleeves for the steering box bolts.

Does anyone have one of these where they could give me a couple dimensions on the sleeves so I could build my own?
