Default Praxair, Grand Rapids Mi

Don't do business with them.

Brother bought a miller 375 plasma cutter from them, they seemed like nice people and were one of his company's customers.

he then bought a milller 212 autoset welder from them, had it less than a week and the trigger button on the gun was sticking, he brought it back down there on march 28th or so the service rep mark said he'd get in contact with miller for warranty work and get back to my brother, they didn't have the trigger switch in stock to fix his welder, my brother went directly to miller, they sent him 2 switches and he had them the next day.

a few weeks go by and yesterday my brother finally receives a call from praxair telling him they have a switch for him... almost a month later....

Cliff notes: PraxAir drug their feet getting my brother the parts to fix his 1 week old welder after he spent nearly $3000 at their shop. Don't deal with them.

Miller has great customer service.

Miller Welding Supply is top notch.

Why is this posted under the "4x4 Product reviews and how-to" forum?

The one in Pontiac on Dixie Hwy by Telegraph isn't much better either.

I stood by the counter for 10 minutes (which is a very long time mind you if your standing there) while 2 (two) sales associates were chatting it up with some other customer not 15-20ft away. And yes, they looked over at me a few times.

Never going back. Shame my O2 and Acetylene tanks are still from them. Trading them in when they run out.

Flint Welding Supply has my business now. Kind of a drive from be but super service.
