A close friend of mine recently went through the same treatments and has now been cancer free for almost a year. Stay positive. YOU CAN DO IT.

My mom is going through treatment as well so I feel for you and your family.

Keep your head up and make sure you tell your family what they mean to you.

My wife did 5 months of the pills.. 3wks on 1 off. This was back in '09. During the 4th month we walked the Susan G Kohmen 3 day (60+ miles) together .. aside from a scare this past fall she's doing well.

She was definitely sick and tired .. and sick and tired of being sick and tired. But keep thinking about a positive outcome; treatment and a positive attitude will most definitely help. And it's okay to have bad days, just follow it up with a better one.

I was given 4-6 months to live on the low side maybe up to a year if lucky. I was put on a Clinical Trial for Melanoma. 1 of only 70 people acrossed the U.S.

Chemo once every 3 weeks and a Clinical Trial pill every day. It is Kicking ASS!!!

2nd C.T. scan shows everthing is shrinking.

So Fullsize keep a positive attitude and keep fighting.

Just took my last batch of pills for this round this morning. Starting tomorrow i get a week off. Next Tuesday i go back in for my second round of chemo. Hope i can kick the side effects and make the jeep blessing. I need to get out and thanks some people and shake some hands. It makes me feel great when you all email me and post good things. Im planning on kicking this shit to the curb and I am looking forward to drinking some beer this summer with everyone.

If anyone wants to keep updates on me and my fight you can check out www.operationhansen.com and it has links to my care pages site.

Thanks again
Collin, Courtney and Cole Hansen.
