3 1/2" BDS springs from a YJ.
1 yr. old. very little use.
With bushings.

To be fair, I did have a deal in the works that seems to have stalled. I will try and make contact with the person.
I will let you know soon.

If your not going spring over, you can use the stock perches. SOA, you will have to make your own. They do not come with perches or bolts. They do have the bushings in them and are in great shape. I used greaseable bolts so they are not worn out.

i definitly need em ! My springs now look like freekin pancakes !
I have a yj... so they should be good to go ? ?
Can i just buy new shocks from a local 4x4 place for a 3.5" lift ??
Will that work out or no ??
Should I also get a transfer case drop kit ?

Yes, they will be fine for your YJ.
Yes, you can get shocks locally or online. www.rubiconexpress.com www.rustysoffroad.com Those are just a couple.
You might need the t-case drop and you might not. Every Jeep is different.
