Might be interested in your old springs, mine are quite stiff and could use some lighter ones.

Sweet build!!

Can you post a less blurry picture of where it is leaking? Or explain the leak?

Since they've been sitting so long with no nitrogen maybe they got grit around the seals from getting compressed and extended a bunch of times. If there were nitrogen it would've kept the various pieces pressed against the snap rings so it couldn't move and capture debris. Just a thought. I was always careful not to cycle them more than I had to so that wouldn't happen, not sure what you've done with em though. That'd be my best guess

I have the same shocks and my end cap doesn't sit so far into the body. Have yours been charged with nitrogen yet?? My guess is no and then is why the cap is able to be pushed in and allow oil to get around the seal. Make sure there isn't any debris around the seal and get them charged with nitro and they shouldn't leak anymore.

No problem. Hopefully that's all it is, I can't imagine it being anything worse than that. The 16s are brand new and the 18s were only used for a couple trips so it's probably just debris from sitting through 2 builds.
