Default HELP...shake in front end

So I put on a 2.5 Rough Country lift and had no problem....two days later had new 33 duratracs put on at Discount Tire and now have shake in stearing at 50-60mph? I even had a new steering stabalizer put on with the lift. HELP

Some people have suggested that Discount Tire doesn't properly balance larger tires. Anyone know anywhere in Muskegon area that does? Any other ideas?

33's really are not that large, but if you have a shake in the steering wheel your tires are not balanced correctly/bent rim

Did you get an alignment after the lift?

check your tires first then if that doesnt solve your issue then have your alignment checked

What vehicle? we're not mind readers

Have them check the balance of the tires

Check your front axle caster angle, with the lift it may have roatated enough to cause issues.

did you either re-locate or install a longer trackbar?

The biggest question is... Is everything tight up front? All four balljoints, all tie rod ends, track bar, control arm bushings, and lastly, the tires balanced properly.

definitely could have lost a weight or they didn't set the machine up correctly. very easy fix if it's balance. 33s are an every day size and very easy to balance. nothing special needed.

just ask them to rebalance and go from there.

You could rotate the tires from front to back to see if the vibration goes away. If it does than it is a balance issue
