Taxes owed are $7000 due the end on March.

It does need work and I wouldnt say the yard it useless just not the typical boring flat yards out there. The back lower area is not filled with water as it could be this time of year and it back to wetland area. Someone started doing some work on the inside like a couple new doors but that is all I could tell from peeping in the windows. Looks like it might need a little foundation work but I could be wrong. Expect to redo the hardwood floors and or put carpet in and paint everything along with new kitchen and bathroom(s). So for under $50,000 it could be a decent setup. Zillow estimates it at $125,000.

I like yards like this has, basicall hilly.

If you built a garage down on the lower level(assuming its not too wet) you wouldn't even need a door, just a hatch in the roof to jump down into...

There could be a 2 car garage built next to the house, the Auburn rd. side.
And in addition to that I would want a pole barn out back.

How about a 2 story garage with the lower level at street level and in upper level for storage or a workshop or whatever at the house level with an entry to the house where that side porch is.
