Default Flares & Nutsert Problem...

Happy Saint Patty's Day.....I have a TJ-98- took off the small stock flares off by my doors...My question is this....how do you get the nutsert off...? we grinded them down as much as possible but cosmetically look unfinished and like crap....Is my only fix putting them back on?? any imput will help...thank you..

Im not sure what they look like but i would think your options are limited to welding them shut,duraglass or you could maybe drill them out and get some push im plastic plugs from parts store.
