Default Dana 30 ford 8.8

I want my 98 grand cherokee to be a great dd plus be a weekend wheeler so will a hp dana 30 and a 8.8 be a good combo and hold up to 35s I now the 8.8 will but my concern is the dana 30

I have a 92 yj with that combo and work very well with my v8 power.

I also have the same setup in my yj with a heathy v8. I just am easy on the 30 at times. But no problems so far.

my 30 held up decent to 36 iroks, until i locked it, and even then it held up pretty good. I was not easy on it, at all

I've got the same combo, broke a few axles ujoints and just recently broke the ring gear in the 30. I have a lockright in the 30 and it really helps get you around but it breaks so I'm gunna be looking for an upgrade
