It's done! At least until I want something else to do

Out with the old.

Yummy diff fluid.

Tooth pattern.

I was a little too irritated to take pics during the reassembly because my dad decided to come help but that turned into him drinking beer and making non-constructive comments. Here is the finished product.

Even without the swaybar and steering stabilizer (so I guess it's not done) it drives straighter than ever.

Close but doesnt touch. If it starts to scare me I'll make a different tracbar one day.

Already checked it. The shocks limit droop before the heims bind

Update: Everything has worked great so far! Two trips to Bundy and The Mounds without issues.
Still haven't put my steering stabilizer on and not once has it gotten death wobble

Trac bar has clearance when flexing but not when jumping bent it pretty good at Silver Lake and dented the oil pan.
Time to make a trac bar without the bend

No, not at all. Not even a little bit.

Well the trac-bar has finally become a severe issue....

The Jeep started sounding weird and I noticed the engine leaning to one side.

Broken passenger side engine mount was the culprit.

After removing the mount I found to my excitement that the weight of the engine busted a nice hole in the distributor.

The trac-bar has a severe bend in it now.

I was emailing a tech at rustysoffroad about it and he offered to send me the straight one for $130 and I felt that since they had changed the design they should cover part of it. He asked for my info and sure enough an hour later I received a call from Rusty himself. I was surprised at first that he would take the time to call me but he said he had never seen anything like it before and that they jump their 6.5" kit 6 feet off the ground with no issues.
He told me I could go measure what I needed to have and they would build it for $60. That seemed very fair and once again I am extremely satisfied with their service.

Wow I'm surprised too. I've heard horror stories about rusty's customer service. Thats awesome though, most places probally would give 2 shits less

Thinking about selling this. I am going to build rockers for it and see how I feel then. I only wheeled it a handful of times last year and this year is looking like my time and money will be spent on my truck. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll post more info.
