Helmet on the passenger? Drivers life is the only one that matters?

Driver Error!

oh and you'll notice the passenger looking at the driver and his helmet and you can see the thoughts on his face "wheres my helmet, why don't i get one"
but alas no he didn't speak up, instead he put hi ball cap on.

poor jk needed a better driver!

I hung out with those guys and rode with the driver in that video. Both are stand up guys and extremely knowledgeable, but it looks like one bad bounce got the best of that JK.

Great video.

Luckily, that one bad bounce didn't get the best of the passenger.

I can't understand why he wasn't wearing a helmet. The outcome could have been much worse.

Yea it could have been way worst but just like a person riding a motorcycle with no helmet, it is his choice.

I know I wouldn't do that stuff with out a helmet but he is a grown man he knows the risks.

You're absolutely right, but why would you put the driver in the position of being responsible for his life? For that matter, why wouldn't the driver insist he wear a helmet?

I dunno, the whole thing just seems irresponsible to me.... with the crash in California, all we need is more media sensationalism over another death.

Just my opinion. Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one.

Helmet? Why stop there, they are only using a factory roll cage, wanting to offorad at high speeds, that along doesn't seem smart. A Pre-Runner Jeep seems like a bad idea to me unless really built up right.

and they were using only factory belts, if you notice the driver acutaully makes contact with the ground with his head, harness's would have kept him in his seat more...................seems like an irresponsible risk to take, but hey, we all make retarded judgment calls

You guys who whine about helmets crack me up. A bunch of us go through trails that a roll over would do 10x more damage then cruising down the trail like this guy was. I don't know about you guys, but I don't wear a helmet. I do have after market harnesses and a cage.

Nice video editing.

Thanks for your comment, the wreck was not done on purpose. Since the video and how Dennis/Curt reacted, turned out so well, TeraFlex decided to share the video.

Funny, I remember this guy driving some people around R&V and totally pissing a shitload of bystanders at Winch hill off, me included. He flew thru there with blatent disregard for anyones safety several times. When his actions were questioned he arrogantly stated " I don't crash, i'm very careful and know what this jeep can do". Plenty of people explained how shit happens and he doesn't have control of everything, me included again.....as this video proves. Thankfully at that time no one was hurt.......no idea of your products, may be the best, may not.......but the way you acted at a park full of people was less then impressive.
