Got some more done this weekend on the rear suspension...I will be running 5" of up travel so some clearance trimming was needed..

It took alot of trimming to get the Tire at full Bump as shown here

Upper links were hitting the floor

Upper link mounts at the rear axle needed the floor raised up about 1.25" as well. Rear seat will cover up this floor mod anyway

Just when I thought I had everything all clear...The bottom of the frame rail contacted the Lower link bar. So the Plasma cutter took care of that. It will get some 3/16th plate on it latter.

Then I finally got one of the ORI's mounted up... I mounted it 90 Degree to the lower link at full bump

I will be mounting the axle end so that the Shock is angled about 15 degree inboard. But I need to flip my brake calipers to the front of the rotors first.

Also had to cut a hole in the top of the wheel well so I could set the shock mount at the proper height. This also allowed the lower mount to not have to hang below the Axle tube. The plan now is to make a mount to tie it into the cage once I get everything back to together.

Make sure to check how far that tire moves into the fender as the other side droops out. Check for tire clearance when you are completely crossed up. Build looks great!

Will do as soon as I finish mounting the shock bracket for the other side...

We did take a quick measurement between the shock body and tire tonight. there is 4" right now without the other side dropping out. So I'm hoping that will be enough, but there is only one way to find out for sure.....

-Rear Links are here and in the garage
-Paint is ready to be sprayed (Blue and Black)
-Interior paint is ready to be applied
-Dash was painted Tuesday and is ready to install
-Windshield was removed and we cracked the glass from an inch and a half of glue that used to install the windshield last year rather than using a new seal
-Windshield frame was cleaned up and needs a few fixes

I think he has been working on other people stuff rather than his own lately and over thinks everything
