Default Excursion vs F350 Springs

I know liv2mx made a post about this, and I was curious as well about a couple things.

I have an F350, looking at possibly getting a 6" lift from someone who has a 6" lifted excursion but wants to lower it.

Aren't the excursions a bit lower than the pick ups to begin with?

It won't yeild a full 6" on my truck will it?

i have been calling around.all the superduty lifts will work on excursions or vice versa. so the superduty lifts are bigger then an excursion lift.sounds like the shackles are different.so a 4 inch superduty lift is a 6 inch on an excursion.
so that lift should be around 4 to 5 inches on your f350 kickstand.depending on the name brand of the lift.

thats what I was thinking, I don't exactly want a full 6" lift anyway, but my truck sits an 2-3" higher than most superduties i've parked near, so I dunno if the swap is worth the work and the possibility of not hauling/towing as well, though I will VERY rarely come close to maxing the truck out.

I am pretty sure it is a Superlift kit. The rear spring pack seems pretty beefy. It just left, or I would run out and take some closer pics of the rear spring packs.
