Default Early Bronco tie rod flip

does anybody know where i can buy the knuckle inserts to do the tie rod flip on a EB? The ream to fit style. Saw a picture of them online but cant find any.

BC Broncos has an insert. But I don't think its for the stock tie rod but the chevy ones or there tapered insert for a hiem stud.

There is not an insert you can just simply install to flip the tie rods on the knuckles. You have to drill or ream the top side first.

The reaming tool cost about 150$ so i would look for someone to do it.

I bought mine from snapon for $60.....warrantied it 3 times already

i heard after reaming the knuckles from the top down requires a special nut insert to allow the TRE to fit perfectly in the hole.

you just ream it to the same size the bottom is just measure and it fits perfect.

Check with JBG and BCBroncos. I know they both make inserts. I have used the inserts from jeffs that allow you to use the stock eb tie rod in a F150/bronco knuckle. That insert will probably do what you want. Or you could just ream the knuckles and convert to the chevy tie rods.
